Does Midori have sushi rolls without raw fish?

Yes. The California, Dragon, Caterpillar, Sunset, Lone Star and Tiger’s Eye rolls carry no raw marker on Midori’s menu, and neither do the California, unagi and shrimp tempura hand rolls. See the rolls.

What cooked dishes are on the menu?

From the kitchen: teriyaki, bulgogi, tonkatsu, yakisoba, tempura udon, miso ramen, combination fried rice and unaju (broiled unagi over sushi rice). Starters include gyoza, shumai, calamari, agedashi tofu, tempura and broiled hamachi kama.

Is there something for kids?

The $12 Kid’s Boat has 4 California roll pieces and 3 fried gyoza, with chicken teriyaki, chicken yakisoba or vegetable yakisoba.

Are the lunch bento boxes cooked?

The seven bento entrées are cooked, but every lunch special includes raw items. Lunch is served daily, 11:30am–2:30pm. See lunch specials.
